Deadline for submitting binding offers for Gorenje Surovina extended

The initial deadline for submitting binding offers for Gorenje Surovina, May 29, 2018, was extended by a month by the management board of Gorenje d.d. (Gorenje Surovina's owner), as the process in question is a strategic one.
By March, the company received seven non-binding offers by potential investors, five of whom were invited to perform the due diligence. The new deadline for submitting binding offers is set at the end of June 2018.
