We are aware that sustainability is key for creating competitive advantage, enabling business growth and generating value for our business partners and society. Measures and priciples of action used to make this happen are:
- Professional company management with clearly defined roles and responsibilities; successful and effective company business operations that ensure economic growth;
- Exemplary and effective collaboration with business partners and users of our services, as well as with all other stakeholders included in the processes of waste collection, processing and recycling;
- Consistent anti-corruption policy and prevention of anti-competitive action;
- Implementation of policies and tools for ensuring privacy and data protection;
- Continuous investments in research and development of sustainable products and services;
- Active role and partnerships in numerous European projects;
- Organization and cooperation in international and domestic expert conferences, consultations and trainings;
- Active collaboration in Slovenian and international expert associations, development of employee sustainability competences (forming of a project team focused on sustainability issues);
- Active collaboration in the Section of collectors and processors of metallic and non-metallic waste;
- Acquiring and implementing the highest quality and sustainability standards (ISO standard, ISCC EU sustainability certification, International Sustainability, Carbon Certification in accordance with the RED II Directive);
- Active role in forming and implementing modern and advanced environmental policies and legislation.
